Chilean Beer and Wine Dinner at Bristol's Barley Vine Sept. 10

Bristol's Barley Vine features a dinner with Chilean beer and wine Sept. 10 at 7 p.m. Each of the four courses will be paired with a selection of Quimera beer and Tabali wine.

The menu:

Chilled watermelon and ginger soup with habanero cashew butter and mint (Tabali Late Harvest and Quimera Pale Ale)

Lobster and taleggio grilled cheese with a parsley butter sauce (Tabali Sauvignon Blanc and Quimera Imperial Stout)

Chicken and beef skewers over Jamaican rice (Tabali pinot noir and Quimera Amber Ale)

Grilled apricots with frozen goat cheese mousse and almond florentines (Tabali red reserva especial; Quimera Pale Ale)
