Enjoy pork and brews at two upcoming beer dinners, each featuring bacon as the main attraction.

Vito's By The Water, 1936 Blue Hills Ave. Ext., Windsor, hosts a Beer to Bacon dinner Nov. 14 at 7 p.m. The four-course meal, paired with beers from Bloomfield's Back East Brewery, features local pork, cheese and vegetables. Courses include a Milanese-style petite pork osso buco lollipop, curried pumpkin and maple bacon soup, pan-seared scallop and pork belly, petite filet wrapped in bacon and bacon maple gelato for dessert.
