Look at this incredible Chicago street art of Chance the Rapper and Kanye West

If you’ve walked by the Wicker Park intersection Damen, Milwaukee and North Avenue since Friday, you’ve probably seen this incredible street art of Kanye West and Chance the Rapper.

Courtesy of local artist Ali 6 aka Nikko Locander, whose signature tag is an adorable raccoon (if you’ve been in Humboldt Park over the last year, you know what I’m talking about), the piece expertly captures the cartoon avatars of Chicago’s two most prominent rappers. Look at the full piece below.

While Kanye’s “Dropout Bear” mascot has been linked with the artist since his 2004 debut, Ali 6’s decision to portray Chance as the iconic PBS character Athur makes just as much sense. After all, the 22-year-old rapper (who helped ‘Ye with five songs on “The Life of Pablo”) covered the “Arthur” theme song back in 2014. More recently however, Chance rapped, “I been this way since Arthur was anteater” on “Pablo” opener “Ultralight Beam.”

All in all, it’s a proper tribute to Chicago’s best that’s got me #UltralightBeaming.
