CT River Quest Osprey and Eagle Cruise
River Quest Cruises departed from its mooring at Eagle Landing State Park in Haddam early Saturday morning, April 6, easing out into the Connecticut River to officially begin this year's Osprey and Eagle viewing season. This is the 12th season Captain Mark and Mindy Yuknat have chartered cruises up and down the lower part of the Connecticut River offering guests spectacular views of the river wildlife, Gillette Castle, and the chance to see Eagles and Ospreys return to the river to begin building their nests. River Quest will be offering tours through October. In addition to the Eagle and Osprey tours, River Quest also offers sunset cruises, foliage cruises, a Gillette Castle viewing cruise, as well as, private charters and educational tours.
