BERKS COUNTY WINERY TOUR
1 Visitors are invited to join the wineries of the Berks County Wine Trail during August.
Tours of the eight wineries are self-guided. At each stop, visitors can sample locally produced wines and get a tour card stamped. Those who collect all eight stamps will be able to pick up a Berks County Wine Trail T-shirt at the winery of their choice.
Wineries participating are: Bashore & Stoudt Country Winery (Shartlesville); Blair Vineyards (Kutztown); Calvaresi Winery (Bernville); Clover Hill Winery (Robesonia); Kog Hill Winery (Morgantown); Long Trout Winery (Auburn); Manatawny Creek Winery (Douglassville); and Pinnacle Ridge Winery (Kutztown).
While the event is free and no reservations are required, a few of the wineries do charge a nominal tasting fee, which is refundable with the purchase of wine.
