SAN DIEGO -- Dozens of Hollywood A-listers will be heading south next week to take part in Comic-Con 2011, the event's organizers say.

"Comic-Con is the epicenter really for all things cool in pop culture," said Comic-Con spokesman David Glanzer said.

And nothing is cooler or more popular right now than the "Twilight Saga." Whether you're Team Edward or Team Jacob, you’ll be sure to enjoy exclusive footage  from the second-to-last movie, and a question and answer session with the dreamy cast members on opening day.

Comic-Con will also host the world premiere of "Cowboys and Aliens," Glanzer said.

"That's open only to Comic-Con attendees. Harrison Ford and Daniel Craig will be down here, so we're all very excited about that," said Glanzer.

Joining Han Solo and James Bond? Justin Timberlake. The pop star-turned -actor will be at Comic-Con opening day promoting his new sci-fi thriller, "In Time."

"This year we have cast members coming down from True Blood. Jon Favreau will be here-- he's of course the director of 'Cowboys and Aliens;' Kevin Smith who is always a big favorite; Matt Groening from 'The Simpsons' is going to be down," said Glanzer, "We have a pretty elaborate guest list."

And unless you’re trying to hide your secret identity, you've already made sure you are on that guest list, too. Tickets for all four days of the annual conventions have been sold out for some time.

"We've always had this great party. Our doors have always been open, and now a lot more people seem to be joining us," said Glanzer.

Glanzer expects 126,000 people to attend Comic-Con over the course of the four-day event from July 21-24.
