First Night In Hartford

Hartford First Night, in its 24th year, got underway Monday afternoon with activities taking place throughout the city, including horse-drawn carriage and train rides around Bushnell Park. Joel Melendez of Harwinton, the owner of Matica Arts featuring circus acts, made the rounds in the park juggling on his unicycle.
