First Night In Hartford

Hartford First Night, in its 24th year, got underway Monday afternoon with activities taking place throughout the city, including horse-drawn carriage rides around Bushnell Park. At the reins are Elaine Joseph, left, and her husband, Terry Joseph, the owners of Cedar Knoll Farm in Lisbon, which supplied the horses and carriages for the rides.
