Visit Vivo Seasonal Trattoria at the Marriott Hartford Downtown, 200 Columbus Blvd., for a four-course dinner on Sunday, Feb. 13 or Monday, Feb14.

The restaurant, which serves Mediterranean food and has an Italian wine bar, will begin seating on both days at 5 p.m. The evening's menu includes an appetizer of agnolotti with chevre cheese and spinach, raspberry sorbet in champagne with whipped cream, a main course of either grilled petit filet mignon or veal tenderloin and a dessert of mixed berries, sfogliatelle or a triple chocolate mousse. Artful Living at the Old Lyme Inn, 85 Lyme St., Old Lyme, presents "Love Notes," a Valentine's Day dinner and show. Ballads and music will accompany love stories and letters as guests dine Thursday, Feb.10, through Saturday, Feb.12, at 7 p.m., Sunday, Feb.13, at 2 p.m. and Monday, Feb. 14, at 7 p.m.

The four-course dinner starts with roasted butternut squash, apple bisque and mesclum baby field greens. A choice of tenderloin, roasted salmon and penne pasta is available for an entrée. Dessert is a Belgian chocolate heart cake with raspberry drizzle. Coffee and assorted teas are also available.
