Prison Arts Exhibit: April 25 to June 1

One hundred and thirteen incarcerated artists from 11 Connecticut prisons display their work at Charter Oak Cultural Center, 21 Charter Oak Ave. in Hartford, starting with a reception on Thursday, April 25, from 5 to 7 p.m., and running until Saturday, June 1.
