Embrace your dark side at The Devil's Carnival on July 20

This Friday, The Devil’s Carnival, the newest project from Darren Lynn Bousma (director of Saw II, Saw III, and Saw IV) is coming to Manchester. Described vividly as “Tales from the Crypt meets the anti-Glee”, The Devil’s Carnival is an experimental, hybrid horror musical that has received rave reviews from critics.

"For everyone who loves Glee, there is someone who hates it. We appeal to those who hate Glee," Bousman said in an interview.

Bousman stresses, however, that "this is not just a movie. It's an experience. We turn it into a live event where the movie is just one thing.” Thus, before the film is shown there will be live entertainment by local performers, a slide-show, a sing-along, a costume contest and more. Attendees are encouraged to come in costume.

416 Middle Turnpike West, Manchester, CT 06040. July 20, 9 PM. $22.98. Get your tickets and find more details at www.thedevilscarnival.
