It got funky at The Half Door in Hartford Sunday night. Patrons dressed in funk-a-delic 70's attire flooded the restaurant at 270 Sisson Ave. to partake in the second annual "Night of the Funk". As the "What Up Funk" band set the retro mood, guests perused a selection of over nine gourmet cheeses, fruits, appetizers and a few "belly-fillers" including espresso rubbed beef sirloin, grilled sardines, and Coca Cola chicken wings. The main attraction of the night was the funky beer selections, to which the guests were treated to unlimited samples of over a dozen select brews.
