Q: You've been bartending for quite a while. What's your favorite story or memory?
A: Ah, sometimes you get real rowdy and dance on the bar like coyote ugly! People love that, when they can interact with the DJ and the bartender.

Q: What's the most creative cocktail you've ever come up with?
A: The jalapeño popper. It turned out really well. It sells really well. We wanted to be different, have something for everyone. We created sweet drinks, spicy drinks, even sweet and spicy.
Q: How do you approach changing your cocktails seasonally?
A: We definitely change with the season. If it's spring or summer, we add fresh ingredients we get locally: jalapenos, cucumbers, raspberries, blueberries, peaches and fresh mint.
Q: If someone pops in here on the weekend, what can they expect?
A: The weekend is the best time to come. We do a Throwback Thursday and have $3 Bud and Bud lights. Fridays we have a DJ up in the DJ booth. We have a great mixed crowd. Everyone dances and has a great time. And Sunday we have brunch with $15 bottomless mimosas, Bellinis and bloody Marys, then a DJ patio party from 4 to 7. It is packed. Tons of fun all weekend.
