Like father, like son. Jennifer Hudson’s fiancé David Otunga posted an Instagram photo Thursday of the couple’s 5-year-old son lifting weights.
“‘Late night training session with my workout partner, Mini Me. He said, ‘I want to work out with you every day Dada,'” Otunga, a Chicago lawyer-turned-WWE Superstar, captioned the photo.
Otunga, who has been engaged to Oscar winner Hudson since 2008, recently told Tribune columnist Luis Gomez he has not been wrestling in events as much because he wanted to spend more time with Hudson and David Jr. Still, Otunga said he has missed the competition.
“But now I really want to get back in the ring. I hear it 20 times a day from fans: ‘When are you coming back?’ My son is like ‘Dad, I want to see you wrestle again.’ He’s five and now of the age where he and his classmates are big into it,” Otunga, 35, told Gomez.
Otunga doesn’t caption where the Thursday photo with David. Jr was taken though the couple lives in the suburbs. For her part, Hudson was in New York City on Wednesday singing at a charity event.
