From the view of my spectacularly dilapidated deck I can look out and see that wondrous concrete pad smiling back at me. The greenery surrounding it, coupled with the sublime flow into the equally stark asphalt walkway creates an idyllic gift for all eyes to behold. Built in 1953, this West Hartford, CT house is a traditional New England colonial, has a huge ugly backyard - that has lot to offer. Decades of neglect has ruined this backyard and left it for dead!
