They’re here.

Actor Mark Wahlberg and director Michael Bay have arrived in Chicago to film the fourth movie in the Transformers franchise. Wahlberg and Bay were seen having dinner Wednesday at Sunda. Later that night, Bay hung out at Paris Club's upstairs club, Studio Paris, and then headed to Cuvee, where he was a regular during “Transformers: Dark of the Moon” filming in 2010.

(Bay visited Cuvee four times in eight day at one point during shooting.)

“Transformers” will begin filming in Chicago Friday at McCormick Place and Saturday and Sunday in the Near East Side neighborhood. Shooting is scheduled to wrap Oct. 2.
