If "Chicago Fire" creator Dick Wolf had his way, Lady Gaga would be working on the set of the NBC firefighter drama rather than just visiting it.

The pop singer has been a regular on the Chicago set due to her relationship with “Chicago Fire” star Taylor Kinney, who plays Lieutenant Kelly Severide on the show. Although she rarely discusses their relationship in the media, she did encourage her millions of Twitter followers to tune into the show when it premiered last year.

“She has come (to the set) frequently,” Wolf told the K-EARTH 101 Morning Show in Los Angeles last week. “She is very supportive and she has tweeted for us.

“(A cameo) would be a dream come true. We have discussed certain cameos she might make, but I can’t say them on a family radio show.”

Gaga will make her film debut in “Machete Kills,” which hits theaters Oct. 11.
