As temperatures in the Chicago area descend to dangerous lows, the Art Institute of Chicago is offering temporary shelter and culture, of course, for chilly bystanders.

On weekdays now through Feb. 10, Illinois residents can enter the Art Institute for free as part of the museum’s Free Winter Weekdays event, a spokesperson for the museum said Wednesday. The deal applies during all hours of operation Monday through Friday.

The Art Institute of Chicago is located at 111 S. Michigan Ave.
