The South Baltimore tavern is taking reservations for its four-course prix-fixe dinner. The cost is $65 ($95 with wine pairings). Menu highlights include celery root truffle bisque, foie gras terrine, poached beets, and, for the entree, grilled rack of lamb, seared diver scallops, seared duck breast and, of course, a poached sheep's head.
