It's Stevie Wonder week at William McKinley High School. Or, "Wonder-ful," as Mr. Schu called it. We're celebrating big news, too! Rachel's excited about her callback for Fannie Brice in "Funny Girl." Brittany got into college...whaaat?!
And Mr. Schu re-proposed to Emma and they're getting married after regionals. Hopefully, for real this time. Plus, Artie was accepted to film school in New York. It's his dream come true, but he's not going. Huh?
Meanwhile, it appears as though Kurt has developed a slight case of OCD since he's been in NYC. He taps his nose at 4:14 and 4:28 for good luck, which he needs because he's not-so-patiently awaiting his dad's cancer test results. But he's not the only one going back to Ohio. Back at WMHS, we find Mike Chang and Mercedes, too.

In keeping with the theme of the week, Kitty sings a rather spirited rendition of "Signed, Sealed, Delivered." It appears as though she's coming on to Artie–complete with a full split over his head–but you can never be too sure with this girl.
Mercedes is there to be the vocal coach for New Directions, while Mike Chang is going to be the choreographer...surprise, surprise. Or, as Tina says, #GleeHatesGirls. Mercedes leads the club in "Superstition" and hits Marley in the stomach with a maraca when she doesn't hold the note.
Back in New York, two NYADA students give Rachel hell about her callback and blow up her spot to Cassie. Apparently, teachers have to sign off on outside auditions? So then, in true Cassie fashion, she sets out to make Rachel's life a living hell...telling her how she's going to attend her callback to watch her fail. Oh, and she moved Rachel's dance midterm up to 6 a.m. the next day and gave her one of the hardest dances in the history of dancing to perform. What a biatch!
Like a trooper, Rachel shows up to her midterm and there's a whole room full of students. Ummm? Cassie tells her this is NYADA and while they'd kill you for your role, they're also a family. And thus, we have Cassie serenading Rachel with "Uptight (Everything's Alright)." Aww, she has a heart!
Later, Rachel thanks Cassie with the original cane Debbie Allen used in "Fame," the movie. Cassie tells Rachel she saw something special in her all along. They hug and make up and it's sweet.
In keeping with the good news: Burt's cancer is in remission, yayyy!! And apparently he has the prostate of a 20-year-old...awkward, but still good news! Not so good news, well, for Blaine. He asked Burt for permission to marry Kurt (sigh!), but...Burt says no because they're too young and I agree. But in the meantime, Blaine, you know, you could propose to me. I'm currently accepting offers...and you wear bow ties, my favorite! Wink wink. Nudge nudge.
Aaand Kitty spilled the beans about Artie getting accepted into film school. Originally, he said he didn't want to go because his mom was afraid of him being in the city. Then, he admitted he was afraid. Lastly, he confessed he didn't want to leave her all alone. But...she talked some sense into him (threatened to tip over his wheelchair) and now Artie's going to New York!
Mercedes, however, is on the receiving end of some not so good news. Her record deal is no longer because she refused to show more skin. So...she's going to sell her records at church, out of the trunk of her car and on Amazon. Get it, girl!
We close the show with "For Once in My Life" and....next week is REGIONALS!! Get excited...I know I am!
