Makes: About 3 dozen
2 egg whites
pinch of salt
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1 (6-ounce) package of miniature semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat egg whites (with pinch of salt) to a very stiff peak. Add sugar 1 tablespoon at a time. Beat well after addition of sugar. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop 1 teaspoon, a small amount, onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Put into a preheated 350-degree oven. Turn oven off immediately. Leave in oven overnight. Do not peek. Enjoy.
