Anyone who has read "The Walking Dead" graphic novels knows what a badass the Governor (played by David Morrissey, making his debut this season) can be.

And he's not a cool badass like "Stone Cold" Steve Austin or Steven Seagal. He is more of the despicable, war criminal-type badass. And he'll give new meaning to the show's tagline, "Fight the Dead. Fear the Living."
