The St. Jude Dream Home house in Virgnia Beach opens for public tours Friday, March 22, until April 14. The home is located at 2812 Camarillo Lane in Asheville Park, a planned community.
Hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays and noon to 5 p.m. Sundays. Visitors to the house can register free for a chance to win a $10,000 Value City Furniture Prize Package. A limited number of $100 tickets for a chance to win the home will also be available during the open houses, according to a news release.
The house, constructed by Stephen Alexander Homes & Neighborhoods, is valued at approximately $525,000 and features 4 bedrooms, 2 ½ bathrooms, an all season screened porch, and a Gourmet Chef’s kitchen.
It will be given away on NewsChannel 3, on Sunday, April 21 at 11am. There are 23 additional prizes valued at $1,000 or more. One in 500 entrants will win a prize.
