Norfolk gained its second victory in a row, beating Scranton/Wilkes-Barre 5-2 Wednesday on a combined three-hitter before 3,428 at Harbor Park.

Starter Jake Arrieta (3-2) pitched five innings for the win, Jairo Asencio got his 12th save, Jason Pridie doubled twice, and Zelous Wheeler had two hits and scored twice.

Earlier, in an exchange of infielders, the Baltimore Orioles recalled Ryan Flaherty from the Tides and sent Yamaico Navarro down to Norfolk, where he began the season.

The Richmond Flying Squirrels scored double-digit runs for the fourth time in five days, beating the New Britain Rock Cats 10-5 in Connecticut to extend their longest winning streak of the year to five games.
