Lincoln Park Apartments in Hampton. The Hampton Redevelopment and Housing Authority plans to demolish the high rise and low rise buildings that make up Lincoln Park Apartments, and replace them with mixed-income housing as well as apartments for the elderly and disabled people. Work will be started on this project yet on a later date.
