Looking for some fun things to do in Hampton Roads this weekend after the last trick-or-treater has visited and the bag of Snickers bars has been depleted? Here are some of your entertainment options.
Wrap up the Halloween season with a movie. "The Texas Chain Saw Massacre" is at The Kimball Theatre in Williamsburg tonight, and "The Rocky Horror Picture Show" is at the Naro in Norfolk. On Saturday, the Virginia Symphony Orchestra will be at the Sandler Center in Virginia Beach to play an original score along with a screening of the classic "Frankenstein."
The symphony orchestra will be at the Ferguson Center in Newport News on Sunday - but there will be no "Frankenstein" for that show.
There's soul music at the Hampton Coliseum on Friday night, and Ruthie Foster at The Attucks Theatre in Norfolk on Saturday.
Just in time for next week's election, political satirist Mark Russell will be at The American Theatre in Hampton on Sunday to play his smart, funny songs.
Get some laughs on Saturday night at the Gloucester Arts on Main Street fundraising gala, featuring the comedy of Brett Leake.
And if you want to get cheesey, check out 4 the Love of Cheese at The Sandler Center on Sunday.
Get all of the information on these events and more at hrticket.com or in the Ticket section of Friday's Daily Press.
