I ordered the Cheese Omelet with a side of corned beef hash. The hash was a first for me, and I must admit, it is tasty if you are a corned beef fan, though the heaping portion makes it nearly impossible to finish. And the menu says it's made fresh daily. The eggs were fluffy and plentiful, and the sides of hash browns and toast were a nice touch. And don't worry if you're not an early bird, Top O' the Mornin' also serves lunch, so you can sleep in and still get some yummy Irish food.
