Wirtz Beverage <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PLGEO100100500000000" title="Illinois" href="/topic/us/illinois-PLGEO100100500000000.topic">Illinois</a> announced Tuesday that it will form a "Heartland Division" business unit that will align outstate sales and operations from Rockford, Peoria and Bellville, and that it has appointed Jeff Roth as vice president of sales for the division. Roth, who joined Wirtz Beverage Illinois in March, previously worked as director of sales for Empire Merchants' On-premise Wine Division.
