1 ounce W.L. Weller 107 Antique bourbon<br>
1 ounce Punt e Mes<br>
1/4 ounce Alcyone Tannat dessert wine or sweet port<br>
1/2 ounce candy sugar (white sugar caramelized and then diluted with water)<br>
1 whole egg <br>
Nutmeg garnish<br>
Save garnish, combine ingredients in shaker; shake hard. <br>
Strain into rocks glass; add grated nutmeg garnish.
