Based on Left Hand's "udderly delightful" Milk Stout, Hiljus' cocktail is finished in warm flavors (spiced rum, coffee liqueur, ginger) and served on the rocks.

<b>Recipe:</b><br>
1 ounce Left Hand Milk Stout<br>
1 1/2 ounces Crusoe Organic Spiced Rum<br>
1/2 ounce Koval Organic Coffee Liqueur<br>
1/2 ounce King's Ginger<br>
1/2 ounce cinnamon syrup<br>
1 whole egg Nutmeg garnish<br>
Sea salt chocolate-covered marshmallow garnish<br>
Save garnish, combine ingredients in a shaker; shake hard. <br>
Serve in a rocks glass with ice; garnish with grated nutmeg and sea salt chocolate-covered marshmallow.
