Stanley Orszula, partner, Quarles & Brady LLP

Stanley F. Orszula has joined the Chicago office of Quarles & Brady LLP as a partner in the corporate services practice group. His practice focuses on representing financial institutions, including negotiating and restructuring troubled loans, FDIC assisted transactions and asset sales. He also has broad experience representing lenders and failed bank receiverships in the enforcement of lenders' rights, including commercial real estate foreclosures, receiverships, Article 9 sales, assignments for the benefits of creditors and in bankruptcy cases.

Prior to joining the firm, Orszula served as a counsel for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. He also served as a lieutenant in the United States Navy Judge Advocate General Corps for several years. Orszula received his law degree, cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Boston College.
