Fred Nueschen, 50, has been appointed sales manager for Meritus Homes' latest new-home community, Reserve of St. Charles. As sales manager for the community, he will lead buyers through the homebuying process, cultivate relationships with area Realtors, and manage marketing efforts for the community. He joins Meritus Homes with more than 24 years of real estate sales experience, including 11 years with Kimball Hill Homes, where he served as sales manager for the builder's south suburban communities.
