Patrick Moran has been named a partner at Gordon & Rees. He represents employers in claims involving discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, and retaliation brought under Title VII, FLSA, FMLA, and the ADA, and advises on personnel policies and harassment investigations. He represents national franchisors in litigation concerning breach of contract, intellectual property, trademark infringement and violation of noncompete agreements. Moran also has represented municipalities and businesses as well as police officers and firefighters.
