Eileen Kamerick has been named chief financial officer at Press Ganey. She will be responsible for the company's financial planning, reporting, tax, treasury, and facilities. Kamerick has more than 15 years' experience in similar leadership positions and has spent nearly 25 years in financial management. Previously, Kamerick served as the managing director and CFO at Houlihan Lokey, an international investment bank and financial advisory firm. In that role, she was responsible for all financial functions of the company and supervised multiple offices globally. Prior to that, she served as senior vice president, CFO and chief legal officer at Tecta America Corp. Kamerick has also served as CFO at Heidrick & Struggles, Leo Burnett and BPAmoco Americas. She received her Bachelor's degree from Boston College, and has both MBA and law degrees from the University of Chicago.
