Sedgwick announced that Kimberly George has been named senior vice president, senior healthcare adviser. In this new position, George will explore and work to improve Sedgwick¿s understanding of how health care reform affects its business models and product and service offerings. She will also serve as senior healthcare advisor to Stone Point Capital. George became a registered nurse more than 20 years ago and since then has served in a variety of leadership roles in case management, integrated disability management, and managed care. Most recently, George was Sedgwick¿s managed care practice lead. George will continue to be based in Sedgwick¿s office in downtown Chicago.
