Lake Forest-based injectable drug and infusion technology provider Hospira Inc. named David J. Endicott president of Hospira Medical Devices. In this newly created role, Endicott is responsible for establishing a fully integrated device organization to advance the company's product pipeline, execute its device strategy and drive global growth. Endicott, 49, most recently served as president of Allergan Medical's Asia Pacific and Latin America business and as an executive committee member of Allergan, Inc. specialty drug and medical device company. Endicott earned his bachelor's degree in chemistry from Whitman College and his master's degree in business administration from the University of Southern California.
