Jim Conniff, managing director, Baird

Jim Conniff has been appointed managing director in the investment banking industrial team at Baird. He will focus on coverage of large, diversified industrial companies.

Conniff returns to Baird from Goldman Sachs where he was a senior member of the Goldman Sachs industrial banking team. Previously, he was a director in Baird's industrial investment banking team, where he supported origination, execution and idea generation for M&A and capital raising assignments. He has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
