Adduci is a retired vice president for Unisys Corp., an international technology company, where she worked for 32 years. Her current company, CMA Associates, helps non-profit organizations develop their information technology strategies.

She received her Bachelor's degree from Northern Illinois University and her MBA from Loyola University of Chicago.
