Brenda Maldonado, director, Verisight Inc.

Brenda Maldonado has joined Verisight Inc. as a director of the company's compensation advisory services practice in Chicago. She will be responsible for bolstering business for the sales compensation area within the division.

Maldonado brings more than a decade of experience on sales compensation consulting across a broad range of industries. Prior to joining Verisight, Brenda was a principal at The Cygnal Group, a North Carolina-based consulting firm. Earlier in her career, she was a consultant with Towers Watson's sales effectiveness and rewards practice.

Maldonado holds a Bachelor's degree from Purdue University and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
