White was comes to Edleman from Baxter International Inc., where she was vice president of Global Corporate Communications. For 16 years before that, she worked for Ogilvy PR Worldwide in jobs including head of the global health practice and managing director of the New York office. She started her career with Burson-Marsteller.

White has a B.S. from Northwestern University.
