Matthew Groch, chief technology officer, StrategyOne

Matthew Groch has been appointed chief technology officer for StrategyOne, effective Sept. 1. Groch is responsible for enabling StrategyOne's practices with technology-driven solutions, expanding the global footprint of the firm's delivery capabilities, and coordinating the firm's exploration of partnerships and alliances with social media platforms. Prior to joining StrategyOne/Edelman, Groch has focused on the strategic implementation of technologies in health care, telecommunications, high-speed discrete manufacturing, and capital markets. Groch holds a bachelor's degree in computer engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
