Instead of just giving away free stuff during Black Friday weekend, CVS put a lot of freebies in the ad that begins Sunday.

One of the deals is for free Children's Advil -- you pay $2.37 and get $2.37 ExtraBucks back. You can make it into a moneymaker by printing the $1 coupon found at childrens.advil.com.
