1174-78 E. 63rd St. (Woodlawn Trust and Savings Bank), orange, bank, Classical, 1920s: This monumental rectangular three-story bank building had massive, fluted Ionic columns set into the façade, framing the window openings. The structure, the city survey noted, was important “for overall design, details and historical significance to the community.” Demolished in 1995.
