Quinn and concealed carry

In a news conference at the James R. Thompson Center in Chicago, Illinois Gov. Pat Quinn lists the reasons he is using his veto to amend the state's new concealed-carry gun law. Gov. Quinn was surrounded by gun control advocates, including Desiree Aguilar, 15, below, and her sister Caitlin Aguilar, 3, who held a photo of their sister Aliyah Shell, who was killed in a shooting in March 2012.
