Todd Welu has joined Crowe Horwath LLP as chief financial office.

Welu, 49, leads and manages Crowe's financial services group, based in Oak Brook.

Before joining Crowe, Welu was the CFO of Westchester Group Investment Management Inc. in Champaign. Before that, he was CFO/COO of the Americas Executive Search Practice at Heidrick & Struggles.

Welu has a bachelor of arts in accounting from Loras College.
