"I was a lineman. My dad was a lineman -- for Commonwealth Edison for 43 years. He worked outdoors every day of his life. Being able to witness his work ethic was the most important thing I got from him. Without that work ethic, you never can be a successful professional athlete, regardless of how much skill you have. You have to be willing to do things that aren't fun. I learned that from watching him."
