Schulze has occupied the chairman's seat a couple times at the electronics retailer he founded in 1966, retuning in March as chairman emeritus. Hatim A. Tyabji is chairman. Schulze stepped down last year when it came to light that he knew about an affair between the CEO and a female staff member of the company that has been a victim of showrooming -- shoppers browse there but buy electronics on the Internet.
