A brother's heartbreak

John Wagner grieves by his brother Anthony's casket in their hometown of Peru, Ill. Since coming home from <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PLGEO0000012" title="Iraq" href="/topic/intl/iraq-PLGEO0000012.topic">Iraq</a>, Anthony had connected with the Occupy movement and was about to get additional treatment for his PTSD.<br>
