Bond reduced

Former Schaumburg police officer John Cichy traded in his police uniform for an orange jail jumpsuit in Wheaton. He appeared in DuPage County court where they he was granted a bond reduction to $250,000 with 10 percent to apply. The defendants are charged after they allegedly stole cash and narcotics from drug dealers and then peddled the dope they seized. They were arrested in a sting led by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration.
