Railroaded

In an impassioned -- if orchestrated -- speech outside his home, former Gov. Rod Blagojevich accuses federal prosecutors of trying to railroad him by hiding critical evidence from the jury in his upcoming corruption retrial. He launched a similar attack on the eve of his first trial, which ended last August with the jury deadlocking on 23 of 24 counts. He was convicted of one count, lying to the FBI.
